After exhausting all of our resources and time to save our family’s first home and prevent foreclosure, and after being dragged through courts and harassed by lenders and creditors just months before the scheduled auction, Mortgage Mtigators took our case and quickly accomplished what seemed impossible for us to do. In just 3 months Mortgage Mitigators postponed the foreclosure sale and negotiated loan modification terms we could hardly believe. Our interest-only adjustable mortgage is now a 30 fixed; our 8.25% interest is now 4% and our loan of $370,000 was reduced to $270,000 and almost $50,000 in legal and other fees were forgiven. Our loan now equals the value of our home and our payments have been reduced from over $3,500 a month to $1,100. After looking into what was possible, I thought I might get a modification of about $500/month. After Mortgage Mitigators got involved, the payments on both of my loans was dropped, but by $1300/mo. That included my second mortgage being dropped from $1150/mo to $77/mo! The second set aside $110,000 of principal. I couldn’t believe it.
